Our personalised engraved bowls have a slightly longer turnaround time, as each one is made from scratch in our workshop by Dave. We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to two weeks for personalised items.
Add a personal finishing touch to your handmade raised wooden dog bowl with our custom name engraving option. Each name is precisely engraved into the wood using a CNC machine, creating a clean, long-lasting finish that feels considered rather than decorative.

Personalisation Letter Matrix
Name personalisation is available on medium and large raised dog bowls only, in double or triple bowl designs. This ensures the engraving remains balanced, legible and in keeping with the proportions of the bowl.
The recommended maximum letter counts are:
Medium double bowl: up to 6 letters
Medium triple bowl: up to 12 letters
Large double bowl: up to 8 letters
Large triple bowl: up to 16 letters
These limits allow the name to sit comfortably within the design without feeling crowded or overpowering.
If a name exceeds the recommended number of letters for your chosen bowl, we will contact you before engraving to discuss the best option. Our priority is always the finished look and quality of the piece, and we will not engrave a name if it compromises balance, readability or craftsmanship.

5. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
This is not something we offer as standard but all of our orders are handmade by us in the workshop and we always try to accommodate requests so please reach out to us and we will see if its something we can help with.

At the moment, we offer shipping within the UK. If you're located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us directly, and we’ll explore international shipping options for you.
7. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the items ordered, as well as the delivery address. You can view the shipping cost before completing your order during the checkout process. We offer free UK standard shipping on orders over £100.
8. Can I track my order once it’s shipped?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey until it reaches you.
9. What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Be sure to include photos of the damage so we can assist you more efficiently.

We use high-quality wood, locally sourced where possible, and designed for durability. Our bowls are lined with a stainless-steel insert for easy cleaning, making them functional as well as comfortable for your pet.
11. How do I care for my raised wooden dog bowl?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your handmade wooden items, we recommend wiping down the wood with a damp cloth. We advise removing the stainless steel insert and cleaning it separately. Avoid placing your items in direct sunlight to prevent fading.
12. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
