By shopping with us, you agree to these simple and fair terms.

Ordering

• When you place an order, you’re agreeing to buy something from us, and we’re agreeing to send it to you!

• If there’s an issue with your order (like stock shortages), we’ll let you know ASAP.

Payments

• We accept all major payment methods.

• Payments are processed securely—your details are safe with us.

Delivery & Returns

• We aim to dispatch orders quickly, but delivery times may vary.

• If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 14 days, and we’ll sort it.

• Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return unused items for a refund.

The Legal Bit

• We won’t be liable for any indirect losses (like if your dog eats the packaging and gets an upset tummy—please keep it away from them!).

• If there’s ever a dispute, we’ll try to resolve it fairly and reasonably.
