Are your dog bowls made to order?
Yes, all of our dog bowls are handmade to order, ensuring each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. This also allows for customization to suit your specific needs.
Can I change the colour of my raised wooden dog bowl?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of colours for both our dog bowls. You can select your preferred colour at the time of ordering. If you have a specific shade in mind that is not listed, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request at an additional fee.
Do you accept bespoke or custom orders?
Yes, we love working on bespoke projects! Whether you need a unique design or specific measurements, we are happy to collaborate on custom orders. Please contact us with your ideas, and we will guide you through the process.
What materials do you use for your dog bowls?
We use high-quality wood, locally sourced where possible, and designed for durability. Our bowls are lined with a stainless-steel insert for easy cleaning, making them functional as well as comfortable for your pet.
How do I care for my raised wooden dog bowl?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your handmade wooden items, we recommend wiping down the wood with a damp cloth. We advise removing the stainless steel insert and cleaning it separately. Avoid placing your items in direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Shopping Information
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
This is not something we offer as standard but all of our orders are handmade by us in the workshop and we always try to accommodate requests so please reach out to us and we will see if it's something we can help with.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order, but we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Delivery Questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
As each item is handmade, production times may vary depending on the complexity of your order. Typically, orders take 7-14 working days to complete, though we'll provide you with an estimated delivery date once your order is placed. If you need an item sooner, please reach out to us to discuss express options.
Is international shipping available?
At the moment, we offer shipping within the UK. If you're located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us directly, and we'll explore international shipping options for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the items ordered, as well as the delivery address. You can view the shipping cost before completing your order during the checkout process. We offer free UK standard shipping on orders over £100.
Can I track my order once it's shipped?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey until it reaches you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Be sure to include photos of the damage so we can assist you more efficiently.
Can I collect my order?
Yes of course, we might even have a custard cream to share when you do! Please select “collection” at the checkout as we will be in touch to arrange a time with you. Our workshop is at Unit 2 Bolham Lane Business Park, Retford DN22 6UH.
